STRUCTURE
foamed polyurethane with a density 40kg/mc with a thickness of 50 mm full of serpentine in copper tube submerged and expansion valve. Exclusive system anti-rotation of the carapine thanks to against collar in ABS equipped with two seats for the insertion of the tub equipped with two bosses. The tubs are optional. Inner tank in stainless steel with drain central provided with closure and connectable to the exhaust valve with anti-reflux. Outside of the tub coated in corrugated plastic sheet. Internal partition in stainless steel in order to correctly arrange the carapine inside the tank. The tub wells slush part from 4 wells up to 12 and is available both with rectangular hole that with round hole, complete with rectangular covers a booklet, or rounds.
REFRIGERATION
Chiling Tank wells with glycol refrigeration available in versions with on board condensing unit (UC) or with condenser unit external (NUC). Manual defrosting with stoppage of the plant. Electronic control panel with digital display that lets you view the internal temperature. Operating temperature for slush -6°C/-12°C. Operating temperature for ice cream -12°C/-18°C.
CONFIGURATION
The pozzetti tank ice cream/granite with refrigeration at glycol is available in the following versions: • installed: complete with stainless steel top drilled for the carapine. The tank can be installed on the benches bar H 951 (without floor tray); on the benches bar H 1131 mm (with predisposition floor tray), or on the back bases neutral tones with metal structure P630. In the installed version the tub wells is provided with a covering operator side stainless steel that contains the control panel and the eventual aeration grid (in case of on board condensing unit).
