12 month warranty for the new items



The warranty is reserved for new products, and includes the replacement of parts found to be defective within 12 months (and where specified even within 24 months) from the date of purchase.
No damage or breakage caused by the user's inexperience, anomalies caused by the customer's electrical and hydraulic systems, tampering by non-specialized personnel and parts subject to normal wear are not guaranteed.
Damage caused by failure to observe the instructions for use and maintenance is excluded from the warranty.
The intervention of our techniciansis not includedo in the warranty service (for all customers outside the province of Pesaro).. The warranty service is not included in the warranty service, but the customer is responsible for any expenses incurred by an external technician.
Once the defective piece has been identified, it will be necessary to send it to Tomassoni srl, which will carry out a warranty check; Once the anomaly has been confirmed, the spare part under warranty will be sent to the customer. if the problem is not confirmed by the warranty check, Tomassoni srl has the right to send the piece examined to the customer.
For products with thered dot (used products) there is no guarantee.
