All prices are VAT excluded, this means that at the end of the order will be added 22% of value added tax for all activities of Italian origin. For foreign activities, the price is the one on the site.
Billing
Each order will be issued with a regular invoice.
For those who need it, the Tomassoni srl also invoices PRO-FORMA, only after receiving payment or part of the payment.
Availability;
The terms of delivery indicated in each product sheet are always "Indicative" and except in case of force majeure, Tomassoni srl can not be reimbursed for any damages due to delayed or erroneous delivery, nor can the delay or error be constitute reason for order cancellation. The client explicitly renounces from now on to claim from now on any question or action and exception in relation to this hypothesis.

Paying by bank transfer the goods will be shipped only after verifying that the credit has been credited to our current account. At the current state of the banking system, the reclaimed amount is credited to the beneficiary c / c no earlier than 2 working days from the date carrying out the same.
How to behave when the product is delivered
In order to make our service more efficient, please check the packaging conditions at the time of delivery. We ask our customers to always accept the package with the words "Received subject to control" even when the packaging seems intact. Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly. The invoice or note given by the carrier must be kept as a valid document for the guarantee.
Right of withdrawal
The Tomassoni company offers its customers the "satisfied or reimbursed" guarantee. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of all products purchased through the web service, within 10 working days from the day of receipt, unless the products, delivered sealed, have not been put into operation and is maintained the original integrity of the goods. You will be reimbursed as required by current legislation. The law (D.Lgs.n ° 185/99) establishes a deadline to use the right of withdrawal quantified in 10 days from receipt of goods. Return of goods / Returns Essential conditions for withdrawal:
- The object or machine in question must never have been used (or even once), otherwise the withdrawal will not be confirmed.

Revocation of an order by the customer

- If a customer makes an online or telephone order and performs a bank transfer for a deposit or the full amount, Tomassoni srl reserves the right to cancel the order to the customer and create a purchase voucher for the entire amount paid from the customer, spendable on www.tomassonisrl.com.
