In the Province of Pesaro and Urbino, technical assistance is provided directly by our specialized internal staff with timely and quality interventions. In the company we have technicians prepared, trained, and constantly updated with new technologies. We therefore offer a precise and punctual after-sales service, coordinated by the great professionalism and organization of our Assitance office.
Outside the Province of Pesaro and Urbino, the Tomassoni company does not provide the intervention of its technicians so we advise our customers to repair with your city's technical staff. The Tomassoni company, however, undertakes to provide you with a telephone consultation, in case you have difficulties or problems in the use of equipment, the technical and commercial staff is committed with the utmost cordiality and professionalism to give you help within the limits of our possibilities and to provide so all the help you might need to solve the problem.
The warranty is reserved for new products, and includes the replacement of parts found to be defective within 12 months (and where specified even within 24 months) from the date of purchase. No damage or breakage caused by the user's inexperience, anomalies caused by the customer's electrical and hydraulic systems, tampering by non-specialized personnel and parts subject to normal wear are not guaranteed. Damage caused by failure to observe the instructions for use and maintenance is excluded from the warranty.
Once the defective piece has been identified, it will be necessary to send it to Tomassoni srl, which will carry out a warranty check; Once the anomaly has been confirmed, the spare part under warranty will be sent to the customer.
The cost of a technician's labor is not included in the warranty service.
