Electric pasta cooker mod. K4ECPP10 series 90 . 1 40 lt pan with 6 racks 1/3 supplied, provided with a door. Stainless steel construction. Door in double wall and robust handle. The knobs in the thermosetting plastic material. Heating obtained through interference in cronifercon sheath resistant to salt water and to'starch. Tank equipped with a switch that allows to adjust the power from maximum to minimum in four positions. Safety thermostat with manual reset.Printed tank in stainless steel AISI 316 with rounded edges, resistant to'salt water and to'starch. The starch is drained through the drain hole and the perforated plane of the front area. The area of touch included. Work Plan and bathtub printed for easy cleaning. Baskets and pierced bottom stainless steel supplied. Stainless steel pins adjustable in height.
