Ice machine mod. 3K touch stainless steel. The touch of a single button activates a process completely automatic production and conservation of the ice cream. The control panel allows a constant reading of the consistency of the ingredients in processing, regardless if you are preparing an ice cream, a sorbet, a frozen yogurt or a slush. The electronic card manages a series of checks and when the ice cream is ready, automatically activates the storage cycle, allowing to keep the product to the perfect consistency for the desired time. The cooling and mixing are designed for cycles of intensive production. A safety device automatically locks the blade when you lift the cover. The bodywork is totally in stainless steel, as well as the removable basket and the stirring blade, provided with interchangeable inserts. Air cooled.
