Gelato Chef 3L AUTOMATIC i-Green is a super compact countertop machine made of stainless steel, equipped with an automatic ice cream storage function in the tub that allows you to keep the ice cream at the ideal temperature and consistency for serving.
The machine is equipped with a powerful compressor and a convenient removable power cable. Cooling is by air.
Preparing and storing ice cream has never been easier! With Gelato chef 3L AUTOMATIC you can produce 850g. of ice cream in 25-30 minutes both in the fixed basket and in the extractable, both made of 18/10 stainless steel.
The operation of the machine is very flexible, it allows to work in manual or automatic mode.
MANUAL OPERATION
In manual mode, the user has full control of the machine's functions.
An electronic system controls the density of the ice cream by blocking the blade when the preparation becomes too consistent. The compressor continues to run.
The operator can now decide whether to turn off the machine or switch to automatic storage mode.
AUTOMATIC OPERATION
In automatic mode, the management of the machine functions is entirely entrusted to the sophisticated control electronics. At start-up, simply activate the storage button. This will activate the freezing cycle and, when the ice cream is at the right consistency, the conservation phase will be activated. The storage cycle managed by the software will start the shovel and compressor according to the density of the preparation to maintain the ideal consistency for the service. In order to always enjoy an excellent quality ice cream, it is preferable not to prolong storage in the tank for more than 8 hours.
