The double wall is internally filled with expanding polyethylene to give structure and improve the acoustic insulation of the display case (57 Decibels). Monobloc shell with a minimum thickness of 50 mm, foamed with injected low-density polyurethane (40 Kg / mc), covered in painted steel. Worktop in extruded polished aluminum, internally insulated with polyurethane foam, with integrated sliding guides, to guarantee greater hygiene. The HCS system consists of: • operator side closure with 8 mm thick transparent methacrylate slides equipped with almost hermetically sealed PVC side seals, to limit the access of external air only at the time of administration; • two closing sensors that sense when both rear sliding doors are closed; • RDF (Reduced Defrosting Frequency) timed defrosting system which reduces the number of defrosts based on the actual window opening time. Thanks to the HCS system, defrosting takes place only when necessary, creating the conditions for perfect preservation of the product (less stress on the ice cream) and relative energy savings.REFRIGERATION In JOLLY there is a double source of cold: a primary which is given by the compressor with the evaporator; a secondary which is given by a cold accumulator. The secondary cold source comes into operation when the evaporator of the primary cold source enters the defrost phase: in this way the delivery of cold air to the ice cream is never missing, preserving it in the best possible way, both in appearance ( the ice cream does not shine), both in taste. JOLLY is available with on-board motor and condensate evaporation tray. Condenser protection filter and tool-free removable mask for quick and easy access to filter cleaning. Electronic control panel for the management of the refrigeration and electrical system, with digital temperature repeater inside the showcase in view of the customer. JOLLY is tested at 32 ° C and 60% R.H. Operating temperature -2 ° C / -18 ° C.
