Details
The portioning unit P40T is designed to obtain portions of pasta in continuous without ruining the leavening process. The portioning unit P40T, entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304, is provided with a tank with a capacity of 40 kg. The particular shape of the tank with corners radiused allows a quick and easy cleaning. An electronic timer, adjustable by means of a display, together with a mechanical lever allow, with different modalities, to determine the final weight of the processed mixtures.
