F 330 TC-V (meat plate) with fixed affilatoio, professional EC, construction according to the standard EC 89/336 and 89/109 EC in anodised aluminum with blade made of hardened steel and chrome. Complying with the most stringent hygiene requirements. Shopping Cart for food mounted on ball bearings which ensure a sliding exceptionally soft. Rubber feet that ensure a good grip on the work surface and therefore safe operations.Follows the standards EN 60.335/60.335.2.64 - EN 1974 (EC professional use) with the following safety devices: micro on blade guard, cable locks, electrical parts fully protected, hand protectors for the dish, fixed ring around the blade, block of sharpener (when incorp.).
