The structure accommodates 360x165 mm or 360x250 mm double-row trays resting on rear and front longitudinal casings and on a central support tube,
with spacers that block the trays (N° 36 black back-painted methacrylate flavor labels included in the price of the ice cream showcase,
available in Italian and English).
The ventilated refrigeration system with double evaporator and raised flow guarantees homogeneity of temperature in the tank.
The showcase is equipped with two evaporators to guarantee a greater autonomy of hours of continuous work.
Rapid defrosting (automatic with hot gas with on-board condensing unit, cycle inversion with remote condensing unit) is differentiated between
the front evaporator and the rear evaporator: 4-hour cycle for the front one and 12 hours for the rear one.
The end of the defrost is controlled by a dedicated probe placed on the evaporator.
MILIA is available in the versions:
• three-phase version with semi-hermetic compressor (1 compressor per module);
• single-phase version with hermetic compressor (1 compressor on the 1200 module and two compressors on the 1700 and 2200 modules);
In the versions with only one compressor per module, a condenser with double fan is used, the second of which is thermostated, which comes into
operation when the environmental conditions require greater ventilation, with the advantage of a reduction in heat and noise for the operator.
Optional condensate evaporator tank and PTC electrical resistance (sensor that senses the water temperature and optimizes electricity consumption
by only operating when necessary).
The condensing unit, if on board the showcase, is placed in a special compartment on a metal base that slides on guides for easy extraction
and is protected by a metal grille. Condenser protection filter and removable mask without tools for quick and easy access to filter cleaning.
Electronic control panel for managing the refrigeration and electrical systems, with digital temperature repeater inside the customer's visible display case.
MILIA is tested at 35°C and 60% R.H.
HCS CLOSURE SYSTEM (Hi-performance Closure System)
The HCS locking system allows you to keep the ice cream inside the display case without having to store it in cabinets or cold rooms at low temperatures:
• closure on the operator side with 8 mm thick transparent methacrylate slides equipped with almost hermetically sealed PVC side seals,
to limit the access of external air only at the time of administration;
• two closure sensors that sense when both rear sliding doors are closed;
• RDF (Reduced Defrosting Frequency) timed defrost system which reduces the number of defrosts based on the effective opening time of the showcase.
Thanks to the HCS system, defrosting takes place only when necessary, creating the conditions for perfect preservation of the product
(less stress on the ice cream) and relative energy savings.
