Gas kitchen four fires with oven GN 1/1 model C2GCU15FF, stainless steel structure. The knobs in the thermosetting plastic material. Heating obtained through flame burners stabilized at a single crown with different powers. Each burner is equipped with a gas tap security that allows to adjust the power from maximum to minimum. Safety is guaranteed by a thermocouple active sealing by the flame of the burner.
Grids of plane in steel coated with a layer of protective material and the burners with stainless steel body and flame separator in nickel-plated brass. Grids of plane positioned on a printed invaded with rounded edges and the burners attached hermetically to the plan to ensure ease of cleaning. Gas oven 1/1 GN. Detachable grille of the oven in chromium plated steel coated with a layer of protective material.
The hearth of the furnace thick steel and reinforced by a series of ribs. Isolation of the cooking chamber and the door of the oven ensured by a layer of ceramic fiber materials resistant to high temperatures. Stainless steel pins adjustable in height. Testing with methane gas or LPG according to the requirements of user.
