Spiral kneader mod. TC8 M (230 or 400 Volts, decide upon'order), complete slurry of 8 Kg (5 Kg of flour and 3 Lt of water), with bathtub, spiral, column, high strength stainless steel. Protection of stainless steel tank, transmission with a gearmotor to bathroom d'oil. Structure in steel with high thickness. Epoxy Powder Paint atoxic for food. Electrical system and safety devices according to the EC regulations.
