Professional induction plate Mod. ICT35-KA. Very short times for heating, high promptness and precision of adjustment and low thermal dispersions- quick cooking than other methods. Works by creating an electromagnetic field induced in the vessel, basking, cook the food inside it. Reduces the risk of burns being at low temperatures in comparison to the other plates and for this reason makes it much easier to clean because the food residues do not burn and therefore does not cause scaling
